How it works

From quote request to file closure

    Quote request

    You describe the goods, the origin and the destination. Our team assesses the file and sends a detailed quote within two working hours.

  2. 2

    Approval and documents

    Once approved, you send the bill of lading, invoices and certificates. Our brokers check them and prepare the customs declaration.

  3. 3

    Loading at the port

    The container is picked up and loaded at the port of departure. You receive the departure notice and tracking access from your client area.

  4. 4

    Border crossing

    Our agents stationed at the border handle transit, the guarantee fund and administrative formalities. The file is updated automatically.

  5. 5

    Compliance check

    A final load check before delivery. The destination branch coordinates handover with your consignee.

  6. 6

    Delivery and closure

    Delivery to the agreed address, issue of the final invoice and archiving of every document in the file.
